We build companies, not decks.
Our incubator backs early-stage founders with capital, infrastructure and senior operating attention. Most startups do not run out of ideas, they run out of people who have done it before.
Idea to first build
We put senior engineers next to founders in week one, so the first version is something customers can use, not a prototype that has to be thrown away.
Capital
We invest ourselves and open the door to the investors around us. Pre-seed and seed rounds, structured so founders keep control of the company they are building.
Infrastructure and operations
Cloud, security, data, payments, hiring and the unglamorous plumbing that eats a young team's time. We run it until they can run it themselves.
Growth and the next round
Metrics that hold up in a data room, a story investors believe and an operating rhythm that survives scaling. Then we step back.
What we look for
- Founders who already shipped something imperfect that worked.
- A market inside or adjacent to our domains, where we add more than money.
- A problem where speed and engineering quality are a real advantage.
- Willingness to be told uncomfortable things early.
What you get in the first 90 days
A named senior lead, an engineering pair for the build, a working infrastructure baseline, a financial model that survives contact with an investor, and a weekly rhythm that keeps the company honest about progress.
We stay hands-on while it helps and get out of the way when it stops helping. The goal is a company that no longer needs us.
