The Redwind incubator is built for a small number of ventures each year. We start where most programmes stop: sitting down with the founders, pressure-testing the thesis against the market, and deciding together whether this is a business worth the next three years of their life.
From there we act as a technical and operational co-founder. We set the architecture, co-build the first shippable version, hire the earliest team around the founders, and put the operating rhythm in place: finance, legal, product, go-to-market. Nothing critical is improvised.
Capital is part of the programme, not an afterthought. We help founders shape the story, size the round, and open the door to the right investors, from angels and family offices to institutional seed and Series A funds. When it makes sense, we invest ourselves.
Through the early-stage and seed phase we stay in the room for the hard calls: what to cut, when to raise, who to hire, what to say no to. We are not a fund and we are not an agency. We invest time, code, capital and reputation alongside the founders.
Our measure of success is simple: by the next stage, the team no longer needs us, and they know exactly why.
