Straight answers.

The questions we get most often, answered the way we would answer them on a call. If yours is not here, ask it directly.

What kind of projects does Redwind take on?

Projects that fall inside our domains: enterprise infrastructure and security, blockchain and mining, global media platforms, ventures and incubation, AI and predictive intelligence, digital and guerilla marketing, Naora expeditions and Compass yacht deliveries. If a request sits outside those, we say so early instead of learning on your budget.

Who actually does the work?

Senior specialists. The person you meet on the first call is the person who leads the work. We do not sell a partner and staff a junior team behind them, and we bring in additional talent from our global network only when a project genuinely needs a specific skill.

How do engagements usually start?

With a short brief and a 30-minute call. From there you get a written proposal with approach, team, milestones and a realistic budget range. Most projects kick off two to four weeks after that, sooner when the situation calls for it.

Which engagement models do you offer?

Fixed-scope projects, retained capacity per month, and fully embedded teams that work inside your organisation and your tooling. Long-running platforms usually move to a retained model once the build phase lands.

Where are you based and where do you work?

Redwind BV is registered in Amsterdam, with roots in Antwerp and teams across the globe. We work on site where it matters and remotely where it does not, in English, Dutch and French.

How is pricing structured?

Day rates for capacity-based work, milestone pricing for fixed-scope projects. Every proposal states what is included, what is not, and where the cost risk sits. No hidden change-request machine.

Can you work under an NDA?

Yes. We sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive. For regulated environments we also work within your security, audit and procurement requirements.

What happens to our data during a project?

We use the minimum data needed, keep it inside agreed systems, and delete or hand it back at the end of an engagement. Our privacy statement explains the details.

Do you take equity or co-found ventures?

Sometimes. Through our incubator work we back early-stage founders with capital, infrastructure and hands-on operating support, and in those cases equity or a hybrid arrangement is part of the conversation.

How fast can you start?

For urgent work, days. For a full team, typically two to four weeks. Tell us the deadline you are working against and we tell you honestly whether we can hold it.
