How it runs

    Brief

    You send the outline below. Scope, constraints, timing, whatever you already know.

    Call

    A 30-minute call with the senior person who would actually lead the work.

  3. 03

    Proposal

    A short written proposal: approach, team, milestones and a realistic budget range.

  4. 04

    Start

    Kick-off within two to four weeks, with a named lead and a first deliverable in sight.

  • Engagements start from project work, retained capacity or a fully embedded team.
  • We work in English, Dutch and French, on site in Amsterdam and Antwerp or with teams across the globe.
