Global Retail Network

Redesigned the WAN and security perimeter of a retail group operating across twelve countries. We replaced legacy MPLS with a cloud-managed SD-WAN fabric, integrated zero-trust identity from Cloudflare and zScaler, and rebuilt the datacenter footprint around Azure and Equinix. The result is a network that scales with the business instead of fighting it.

We rebuilt the publishing platform behind Retail News Asia to handle tens of millions of visitors per month without slowing down. The work covered edge caching, ad-tech integration, subscription flows and the editorial CMS. Today the site loads fast across Southeast Asia and remains stable during major traffic spikes.

Block #9 is the crypto news platform we built to cut through the noise. It covers Bitcoin, Ethereum and the wider digital asset market with speed, accuracy and an editorial voice traders trust. We run the publishing stack, the ad layer, the newsletter engine and the data feeds that keep the homepage current.

Mining Pool Operation

We designed and operated a mining pool spanning Bitcoin and Ethereum/EVM networks, with payout logic, failover nodes, custody workflows and real-time monitoring. Security was built in from the first line: cold-key procedures, DDoS protection and 24/7 alerting. The same infrastructure now powers our own crypto intelligence terminal.

We shaped the digital platform, the fractional ownership model and the global operations behind the journey.
